The claim-sale flow — post, claim, add, price, message, pay, drop.
Step 01

Post the claim sale

Open a post in your FB group with the day's terms. Rates are your call — this run was flat ×2.5, Japanese ×2.2, foils diced.

*** JAP 2.2 — unless stated

Step 02

Buyers call their cards

Post your binder pages (3×3) in the comments. Buyers reply claim [card]. A dice, coin, or an edited "F" on the photo marks a foil.

Step 03

Add each card

Start with the buyer, not the card. Paste their name into Claimed by and the FB profile link fills in automatically. Then type the card name, hit Lookup, pick the exact printing, and mark it Foil or Foreign if it is.

Pick the right printing (set + collector number) so the CKD price is accurate. Foreign + language live in the details row.
Step 04

Price the whole list

Every claim lands in one table. Set your rates once in Bulk multiplier → Custom rules, apply, then Round. Foreign wins over foil.

The CKD column is each card's Card Kingdom reference price — your RM is CKD × your multiplier. Tap Card Kingdom ↗ next to a card to open it on Card Kingdom and double-check the price.

Message the buyers

In Buyers, each person groups with their cards and total. Copy the message → ↗ FB to their profile → paste → mark Contacted.

Step 06

Confirm payment, then drop off

When they pay, mark Paid and save their phone (or address for postage). Once the cards are dropped at the store, send the buyer a photo of the slip and mark Dropped.

Buyers send the DuitNow / bank slip in chat — you verify and flip the status. The drop-off photo goes straight to them; nothing to key in by hand.
Step 07

Set your preferences once

In Settings: your bank details (dropped into every buyer message), the message template, and your default multiplier.

Good to know

Handy things & where to find them

Double-check a price

Every card in the Claim List has a Card Kingdom ↗ link beside it — tap to open that card on Card Kingdom and confirm the CKD price.

Fill every price at once

Use ↻ Fetch CKD prices at the top of the Claim List. On weak signal it retries and keeps your old prices instead of blanking them.

Print drop-off slips

On the Buyers page, bottom-right, tap 🖨 Print drop-off slips to print a slip to leave with the store.

Foreign beats foil

In your pricing rules a Foreign card uses the foreign rate even if it's also foil — so a Japanese foil prices at your foreign rate.

Install on your phone
