These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KadoVault (the “Service”, “KadoVault”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Access may be invitation- or approval-based. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. One person or business may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
KadoVault is a tool for trading-card sellers to organise sales — including recording claims, pricing cards using reference data, tracking buyers and payments, and generating messages and summaries. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. The Service is provided for your own selling activity; it is not a marketplace, payment processor, or escrow service, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and your buyers.
You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
Where Your Content includes personal data about other people (such as your buyers), you represent and warrant that you have the right and any necessary consent to provide it, and that you will comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and applicable law in respect of it. You are the data user of that data; see our Privacy Policy.

The Service displays trading-card reference prices and information sourced from third parties (e.g. Scryfall, MTGJSON, Card Kingdom). This information is provided “as is”, may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and does not constitute financial, investment or valuation advice. You are solely responsible for the prices you set and the sales you make.
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by KadoVault and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. All trading-card names, images and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. KadoVault is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast, Card Kingdom, Scryfall, Meta/Facebook, or any card publisher.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or preserved. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KadoVault and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or sales, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or RM 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KadoVault and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or third-party rights (including the personal data of your buyers).
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including sections 4, 7–10 and 12) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
